Clevery would like to ensure that your educational journey here is successful, that you achieve your goals, and that you get the maximum benefit possible with us. This is achieved through a set of terms and conditions, which we ask you to review carefully and try to adhere to throughout the period of your subscription with us.
Attendance and Postponement Policy
Missing sessions risks missing out on many educational milestones and academic progress, so you may postpone or drop just 2 sessions during your chosen program.
We guarantee to compensate you for only 2 sessions that you postponed or missed; we cannot compensate for more due to the teachers’ commitments.
We understand that compelling circumstances may lead you to postpone your sessions. These may include personal reasons, continuous internet issues, or not being able to hear the other party. To avoid these situations, please check your internet speed and the quality of your headset and microphone, and be in a quiet place during the session.
If you are absent for 2 consecutive sessions without contacting us, remaining scheduled appointments will be canceled, and the 2 missed sessions will not be compensated.
If the instructor wishes to postpone a session and notifies you less than 24 hours before the session, you will receive a session plus an additional free session.
If the instructor notifies you more than 24 hours in advance, the canceled session will be refunded without compensation.
You have the right to freeze the course for a maximum of one month; however, the course will expire if the freeze period is exceeded.
Courses are valid for 60 days from the start date and will expire if you do not attend within that period.
Instructor-Changing Policy
If you wish to change the instructor, please contact us with your concerns, and we will do what is necessary. You have the right to change the instructor if you do not see the expected improvements after contacting us, limited to a maximum of two changes.
Clevery reserves the right to change the instructor at any time, providing clear reasons. This typically occurs only for reasons that may harm the students interests or the educational process.
Latency Policy for Sessions
Being late hinders the progress both you and we look forward to. Clevery expects you to be punctual, which is essential for a successful educational experience. You may be late for up to 5 minutes without any compensation.
If you are 6-20 minutes late, you are responsible for this delay and will not receive compensation.
If you are more than 20 minutes late (without prior communication), the session will be considered canceled, and you will not be compensated.
If the instructor is 11-15 minutes late, the session will continue, and you have the right to claim compensation for an additional session.
If the instructor is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled, and you will receive a make-up session plus an additional session.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the instructor’s performance after trying two instructors, you are guaranteed a refund minus the cost of attended sessions and 10% of the course value as administrative expenses.
You are entitled to a full refund (minus 10% for administrative expenses) if the request is made before the start of the course, up to a maximum of two weeks from the payment date.
No refunds will be issued for expired sessions.
Refunds for other reasons will not be processed. Clevery management is committed to processing refund requests within 30 days.
Session Recording
Clevery records sessions for quality management purposes. We will coordinate with you and obtain your consent to use recordings for promotional purposes when necessary. Please note that not all sessions can be guaranteed to be recorded.
